The Thirty Minute Massage

Strapped for time? Try a condensed version of our Therapeutic Massage. This mini treatment addresses a problematic area of your choice. A great spot treatment for common complaints such as tension headaches, a “kink” in the neck, a soar shoulder or an achy low back.
Reflexology (by appointment only)

In this gentle and non-invasive therapy, the craniosacral therapist utilizes subtle mobilization of the cranial bones and spinal column to release restrictions of the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, improving the functioning of the nervous system. Reiki, or Universal Life Force Energy, utilizes the high vibrational waves of light and the energy derived from the five elements of the Earth to restore balance in the body's major energy centers and assist in the release of emotional trauma. This is a gentle and meditative treatment where the therapist's hands are placed lightly on the body, or slightly above the body, following a pattern of ancient hand positions and intuitive guidance.
